Fish balls, are ready in minutes and makes delicious snacks, appetizers, soups or meals.
Serves -424 fish balls, thawed
3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp mushroom soy sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp vegetable oil
½ cup toasted sesame seeds
In a skillet or frying pan, heat oil and fry fish balls with mushroom soy sauce until golden brown.
Stir in sweet chili sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil.
Toss to coat all balls with the sauce.
Dish out, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve hot.
