ALL reservations must be secured by a 50% deposit either by bank transfer directly to our bank account, balance must be paid by Credit cards - VISA or MASTER CARD only - or CASH upon arrival.

In case of cancellation

No refund is provided

IF reservation is cancelled 30 days prior you expected arrival. You will NOT loose any

amount from the deposit. 

Your deposit may be use for any other reservation during the next 12 months - 365 Days - subject to availability. of course. 

You may also use this deposit to secure reservation for any of your friends, family or colleagues.

IF reservation is cancelled after such date, you loose your deposit.

IF reservation is cancelled 24H00 prior or on the date of you expected arrival not only You will loose your deposit. We may also claim balance payment covering your full length of stay with us.
