There is no better way to learn about authentic Mauritian/Creole cuisine than cooking with Chef Sandy, in her kitchen.
Gourmets, foodies, beginner cook or an expert chef, these fun and informative cooking classes will introduce to the little secrets of our exotic Mauritian/Creole cuisine, a true explosion of colors, senses and flavors for you to prepare these authentic Mauritian/Creole dishes in your own kitchen back home and impress family and friends.
Using fresh local produce, herbs and spices, Chef Sandy will show you how to prepare a traditional Creole / Mauritian meal which include hot soups, tasty starters, great curries, rougailles, vindaye, salads, pickles, breads and rice dishes and of course dessert.
All classes are hand on, and limited to 4 persons, maximum.
After a welcome drink at the patio, follow me to the kitchen.
Then you will learn how to cook a complete traditional Mauritian/Creole of 6 dishes, – not just one dish,
Cooking time is about 2 hours – After cooking enjoy the meal with drinks.
I will be there to answers your questions. It is usually over by 15H00.
